Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Syndicate Card Club website, your club membership and your purchases from our store. By using this site, joining the club or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products, pricing and availability
We sell trading card singles, sealed product and accessories. All items are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to display items and their condition accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly from photos.
Card condition
Card conditions (for example Near Mint) are assigned by us based on our own assessment and are provided in good faith. Trading card grading is inherently subjective; condition descriptions are our opinion and not a guarantee. Photos of the actual card are provided where possible.
Orders and payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues, and to refund you in such cases.
Membership and marketplace
Club membership is billed on the plan you select and can be cancelled at any time from your member dashboard; access continues through the period already paid. Marketplace sales and trades are arranged directly between members. Syndicate Card Club provides the platform, member feedback and moderation tools, but is not a party to member-to-member transactions and does not process or guarantee member-to-member payments. Members are expected to deal honestly; accounts may be suspended or removed for fraud, abuse or violations of these Terms.
Shipping
Shipping options, rates and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syndicate Card Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
