Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work at Syndicate Card Club.
Our window
You have [14 days] from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — sealed product must remain sealed, and singles must be returned in the same condition and packaging they arrived in.
What can’t be returned
- Opened or unsealed booster packs, boxes, or sealed product.
- Graded cards once removed from their case.
- Sale or clearance items (unless they arrived damaged or incorrect).
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email [your email] within [7 days] of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email [your email] with your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and an address.
- Ship the item back — return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within [5–7 business days]. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You’ll get an email when your refund is on the way.
