Every Syndicate Card Club order is packed with care — cards are sleeved and protected so they arrive in the condition you expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–2 business days]. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During major set releases and restocks, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you posted.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at [your email] and we’ll help however we can. If a card arrives damaged, email us a photo within [7 days] of delivery so we can make it right.
